1) Where are you located?
We are based in Los Angeles, CA but have facilities overseas as well.

3) How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Order on top of our page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.
4) When will I get my tracking number?
Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at email@example.com.
5) Where can I get my tracking number?

6) Can I cancel my order?
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email via the Contact Us tab as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order..
7) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
If you want expedited shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can arrange that for a fee.
8) How long does delivery take?
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

9) I ordered 2 order but recieved one? What's going on?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
