Refund Policy

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange:

Within the 1 day after your order, you can request a replacement or exchange. To arrange an exchange, contact us at support@hillsandhorizons.com. After shipment or transit, if you want to exchange the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee. If you want to exchange something after you've received it, you must keep all of the items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives, or we may suggest an alternative.

 

Cancelation:

You have 1 day after placing your order to seek a cancellation. If you want to cancel your products but your products has been dispatched, Contact us as soon as possible at support@hillsandhorizons.com. After shipment or transit, if you want to cancel the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

 

Return Shipping Fees And Restocking Fees:

1. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (such as not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product).

 2. If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products sent in your order, or damaged or quality problems of products), then you do not have to pay any return shipping fee.

3. If an order must be reshipped owing to a mistake other than ours (wrong address supplied, denied at delivery, not picked up from Post Office on time, etc). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
