Shipping Policy

Hills and Horizons is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

Shipping Destinations: 

We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Transit Time, Handling or Processing Time & Order Cut-Of Time:

Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Order handling or processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

 

The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time


Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping On All Orders to the United States.


Delivery Terms:

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver all orders and products.


Change Address:

We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order by at email: support@hillsandhorizons.com  or at call: +1 (972) 754-4625.


Multiple Addresses:

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses. please contact us by email: support@hillsandhorizons.com  or at call: +1 (972) 754-4625.

 

Order Tracking:

We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website Track Your Order page and also you can track your order use by order number and email through our website Track Your Order page. We prefer to use our tracking number to track your order.


Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.


Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
